中文摘要: 艾叶是天然植物艾蒿的成熟叶子,含有多种黄酮类、多糖等生物活性物质,被广泛用于食品、药品等领域;艾叶多糖是一种存在于艾叶中的杂多糖,由不同的单糖组成,具有抗氧化、免疫调节、降血糖、调节细胞凋亡和抗肿瘤等多种天然生物活性,在功能性食品的开发中前景广泛。该文对艾叶多糖的提取、结构分析及功能活性的研究现状进行概述,为进一步研究与开发艾叶多糖的新型功能性食品提供理论依据。
Abstract:The mature leaves or folium of Artemisia argyi contain various bioactive substances,such as flavonoids and polysaccharides,which are widely used in the food and pharmaceutical industries.Artemisia argyi folium polysaccharide is a heteropolysaccharide found in the leaves and composed of different monosaccharides with antioxidant and anti-tumor properties and the capacity to regulate immunity,hypoglycemia and apoptosis.Moreover,it offers significant potential for the development of functional foods.Therefore,this article summarized and analyzed the existing literature on the extraction and structural and functional analyses of Artemisia argyi folium polysaccharides to provide a theoretical basis for further research and the development of new functional foods.
