Abstract:To study the changes in fruit quality，nutrients and antioxidant enzyme activities during cold storage of blueberries，Northland and Legacy were used as test materials.The fruit appearance quality，nutrient content and antioxidant enzyme activity of the two varieties were compared during cold storage.The results showed that Legacy blueberries had low weight loss and decay rate and had high fruit hardness，total soluble solids，titratable acid and anthocyanin content during cold storage.By contrast，Northland blueberries had high vitamin C，total phenol and flavonoid contents and peroxidase and superoxide dismutase activities during cold storage.In conclusion，Legacy blueberries had better storability than Northland blueberries.
