1-MCP及乙烯吸收剂对水蜜桃采后生理及贮藏品质的影响

中文摘要: 以水蜜桃为材料,探讨室温18℃~24℃条件下3种不同处理方式:泡沫箱塑料账空气密封(CK)、1.0 μL/L 1-甲基环丙烯(1-methylcyclopropene,1-MCP)熏蒸处理、1.0 μL/L 1-MCP 熏蒸处理+ 乙烯吸收剂(ethylene absorbent,EA)对水蜜桃果实贮藏品质的影响。结果表明:在室温18℃~24℃贮藏期间,1.0 μL/L 1-MCP、1.0 μL/L 1-MCP+EA熏蒸处理均能延缓水蜜桃果实呼吸高峰的出现和水蜜桃果实硬度的下降并降低呼吸强度的峰值,延缓果实的可滴定酸(titratable acid,TA)和维生素 C(vitamin C,VC)的降解,提高过氧化物酶(peroxidase,POD)活性,减小多酚氧化酶(polyphenol oxidase,PPO)活性,降低腐烂率。其中用1-MCP+EA处理的水蜜桃保鲜效果优于1-MCP单独处理,能有效地保持水蜜桃的贮藏品质。
Abstract:The effect of air seal for foam box plastic tent(CK),1.0 μL/L1-methylcyclopropene(1-MCP)and 1.0 μL/L 1-MCP+ethylene absorbent(EA)treatments on the storage quality of honey peach fruit at room temperature 18 ℃-24 ℃ was studied.The results showed that 1.0 μL/L 1-MCP and 1.0 μL/L 1-MCP+EA fumigation could delay the fruit absorption peak,decrease fruit hardness,decrease the peak value of fruit absorption intensity,maintain titratable acid(TA)and vitamin C(VC)content of the fruit,improve peroxidase(POD)activity,reduce polyphenol oxidase(PPO)activity,and reduce rot rate during storage at room temperature.The combined 1-MCP+EA treatment was superior to the 1-MCP treatment alone in maintaining the storage quality of peach.
