青刺果发酵液对UVA损伤人皮肤成纤维细胞的修复作用

中文摘要: 为探讨青刺果(Prinsepia utilis Royle)发酵液在皮肤氧化应激损伤修复方面的优异性,采用微生物发酵法和水提方法得到青刺果提取物。其中发酵液的总黄酮和总多酚的含量分别达到(7.24±0.19)、(8.89±0.21)μg/mL,约为水提液含量的两倍。当发酵液达到DPPH自由基半效清除率时,稀释倍数为86.446,是水提液的1.58倍。通过细胞试验发现青刺果发酵液能提高长波紫外线(ultraviolet A,UVA)诱导后的细胞存活率,并对UVA诱导损伤后细胞内活性氧含量和细胞的抗氧化酶活性具有更强的修复作用。
Abstract:To explore the superiority of the fermentation broth of Prinsepia utilis Royle in repairing skin oxidative stress damage,microbial fermentation and water extraction methods were used to obtain the extract of Prinsepia utilis Royle.The content of total flavonoids and total polyphenols in the fermentation broth reached(7.24±0.19)μg/mL and (8.89±0.21)μg/mL,respectively,which was about twice the content of the water extract.When the fermentation broth reaches the DPPH free radical scavenging rate,the dilution factor was 86.446,which was 1.58 times that of the water extract.Through cell experiments,it was found that the fermentation broth of thorn fruit could improve the survival rate of cells induced by ultraviolet A(UVA),and had a stronger repairing effect on the active oxygen content in the cell and the antioxidant enzyme activity of the cell after UVA-induced damage.
