中文摘要: 时间分辨荧光分析技术是一种检测固定波长处荧光随时间变化的技术,它以镧系元素及其复合物作为荧光标记物,具有高效率、高特异性、超高灵敏度等特点。食品中一些低浓度的污染物由于具有蓄积毒性和高致癌性等,对检测方法的灵敏度提出很高的要求,时间分辨荧光分析技术可以满足此类污染物检测中对高灵敏度的要求。该文介绍这一技术的原理和特点并对其在食品污染物检测中的应用进行综述。
Abstract:Time-resolved fluorescence analysis is a technique to detect the change of fluorescence with time at fixed wavelength.It uses lanthanide and its complexes as fluorescent markers.It has the characteristics of high efficiency,high specificity and high sensitivity because of this principle.Because of the accumulation toxicity and high carcinogenicity of some low concentration pollutants in food,the sensitivity of the detection method is very high,and the time-resolved fluorescence analysis technology can meet the requirements of high sensitivity in the detection of these pollutants.This paper introduced the principle and characteristics of this technology and summarized its application in food contamination detection.
