Abstract:Tea suitability refers to the characteristics and degree of making a certain type of tea under the conditions of different varieties of tea trees，different tea picking seasons and different processing methods.It is of great significance in tea planting，production and processing.In this paper，the research results in the field of tea adaptability in recent years were summarized，the evaluation methods of tea adaptability and the research progress of tea varieties，seasons and processing adaptability were emphatically introduced，and the development direction of tea adaptability in the future was prospected，so as to provide scientific reference for the development of tea industry.
