菊粉复合咀嚼片的制备及通便活性研究

中文摘要: 便秘作为一种常见的胃肠道问题,严重影响了人民的健康。该研究以富含低聚果糖的菊粉、魔芋粉和香蕉粉为主要功效成分,采用湿法制粒压片工艺,筛选研制成菊粉复合咀嚼片,并考察其通便活性。结果表明,最佳原辅料组成为50%菊粉、10%魔芋粉、5%香蕉粉、10%维生素C钠、19%乳糖、2.5%微粉硅胶(内加1%)、1.5%阿司帕坦、含10%聚维酮K30的95%乙醇溶液,30倍活性配方用量对便秘模型具有良好的通便效果,最终获得有一定功效、口感怡人、服用方便、制备简单的菊粉复合咀嚼片。

Abstract:Constipation is a common gastrointestinal problem that poses a serious problem for people′s health.In this study,the authors used a wet granulation tableting method to inulin compound chewable tablets from functional ingredients(i.e.,fructooligosaccharide-enriched inulin,konjac powder,and banana powder)and then investigated the laxative effect of those tablets.Testing revealed that the optimal formulation contained 50% inulin,10% konjac powder,5% banana powder,10% sodium vitamin C,19% lactose,2.5% micropowder silica gel(plus 1%),1.5% aspartame,and 95% ethanol solution containing 10% povidone K30.Results of the laxative experiment indicated that a 30-fold formulation had significant laxative effects in mice.The benefits of chewable tablets included pleasant taste,convenience,ease of preparation,and good laxative effect.
