中文摘要: 采用响应面优化微波辅助溶剂法提取制备山茱萸籽油,并研究其对游泳运动大鼠生理生化变化的干预作用。山茱萸籽油的最佳提取条件为:液料比11∶1(mL/g)、提取温度41℃、微波功率400 W,此条件下山茱萸籽油得率为31.25%。大鼠游泳运动实验表明,灌胃山茱萸籽油的实验组大鼠游泳后与对照组大鼠游泳后相比,血糖、甘油三酯、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathione peroxidase,GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)水平呈升高趋势,血尿素氮(blood urea nitrogen,BUN)、丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)、肌酸激酶(creatine kinase,CK)、谷草转氨酶[glutamic-oxal(o)acetic transaminase,GOT]、谷丙转氨酶(glutamic-pyruvic transaminase,GPT)水平呈降低趋势,表明山茱萸籽油可以起到对大鼠生理生化指标的干预作用,并且可以延长游泳时间,提高大鼠的耐力,缓解疲劳。
Abstract:Response surface methodology(RSM)was used to optimize the microwave-assisted solvent extraction of Cornus officinalis seed oil,and its intervention on physiological and biochemical changes of swimming rats was studied.The optimum extraction conditions of Cornus officinalis seed oil were as follows:liquid-solid ratio 11∶1(mL/g),extraction temperature 41 ℃,microwave power 400 W.Under these conditions,the yield of Cornus officinalis seed oil was 31.25%.The swimming exercise test showed that the levels of blood glucose,triglyceride,glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),superoxide dismutase (SOD)in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of blood urea nitrogen (BUN)and malondialdehyde(MDA),creatine kinase(CK),glutamic-oxal(o)acetic transaminase(GOT),and glutamic-pyruvic transaminase(GPT)were lower than those in the control group.The results showed that Cornus officinalis seed oil could intervene the physiological and biochemical indexes of rats,prolong the swimming time,improve the endurance of rats and relieve fatigue.
