中文摘要: 为探究高脂饮食和高脂高胆固醇饮食对小鼠糖脂代谢、肠道菌群及其代谢产物的影响,分别采用普通饲料、高脂饲料和高脂高胆固醇饲料喂养小鼠。结果表明:与普通饮食组相比,高脂饮食引起小鼠空腹血糖升高、糖耐量受损、肝脏甘油三酯增加及丙酸、丁酸含量显著降低(p<0.05);高脂高胆固醇饮食引起小鼠肝脏总胆固醇、脂体比增加,脱氧胆酸和胆酸含量均显著增加(p<0.05)。与普通饮食组和高脂组相比,高脂高胆固醇组肠道菌群α多样性降低,厚壁菌门和拟杆菌门的比例显著升高(p<0.05)。主坐标分析,3组样本群落结果具有明显差异。
Abstract:To explore the effects of a high-fat diet(HFD)and a high-fat,high-cholesterol diet(HFHCD)on glucose and lipid metabolism,intestinal flora,and metabolites in mice,each of 3 groups of mice were fed a normal,high-fat,or high-fat,high-cholesterol diet.Compared with the normal diet group,the high-fat diet group displayed increased fasting blood glucose,impaired glucose tolerance,increased liver triglycerides,and decreased levels of propionic and butyric acids (p<0.05).Deoxycholic acid and cholic acid levels were significantly increased in mice fed the high fat,high cholesterol diet(p<0.05).Compared with the normal diet group and the high fat group,the α-diversity of the intestinal flora was decreased in the high fat,high cholesterol group,and the proportion of Firmicutes and Bacteroidetes was significantly increased (p<0.05).Principal coordinate analysis showed that the fecal microbiota of the three groups of mice differed significantly.
