中文摘要: 土茯苓是一种广泛生长于中国两广、江浙沪、长江中游、云贵高原等地的一种传统的中草药。土茯苓由于其具有缓解风湿性关节炎、糖尿病,以及调节免疫的良好作用,引起药理学与功能性食品领域的研究者的兴趣。近年来,研究者从土茯苓中较容易地分离出的物质主要有3种类别:有机酸、植物甾醇、黄酮。根据《卫生部关于进一步规范保健食品原料管理的通知》(卫生部2002年第51号文件)做出的规定,土茯苓现已加入到保健食品原料中。因此,土茯苓具有良好的开发食品的前景。该文分析土茯苓所具有的功能性,并调研其在现有功能食品中应用状况,对新型功能食品的开发提供一定的参考。
Abstract:Smilax glabra is a kind of traditional Chinese herbal medicine,which grows in Guangdong and Guangxi,Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Shanghai,the middle reaches of the Yangtze River,Yunnan Guizhou Plateau,etc.Smilax glabra has attracted the interest of researchers in the field of pharmacology and functional food because it can alleviate rheumatoid arthritis,diabetes and has a good effect on immune regulation.In recent years,there are three kinds of substances easily separated from Smilax glabra:organic acids,phytosterols and flavonoids.These three substances are important for the development of new health products.According to the provisions of the notice of the Ministry of Health on further regulating the management of health food raw materials([2002]No.51),Smilax glabra has been added to the use of health food raw materials.Therefore,Smilax glabra has a good prospect of developing health products.This paper analyzed the functionality of Smilax glabra,and investigated the application of Smilax glabra in the existing health products,provided some reference for the development of new functional food.
