中文摘要: 探究油茶多酚对高脂日粮大鼠降血脂和抗氧化作用的影响,试验分为基础饲料组、高脂饲料组、高脂饲料组+阿托伐他汀10 mL/kg BW处理组、高脂饲料组+油茶多酚2.5、7.5、15 mL/kg BW处理组。实验结果表明,阿托伐他汀和茶多酚均具有较强降血脂和抗氧化的作用,但总体上15 mL/kg BW茶多酚所表现出的效果更好,经15 mL/kg BW茶多酚或阿托伐他汀处理后,高脂日粮大鼠的体重和肝体比均有一定量的减少,总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白的含量及谷丙转氨酶和谷草转氨酶的活性均有较大程度的降低,而高密度脂蛋白的含量具有一定程度的提高,且上述均具有极显著差异(P<0.01);鼠肝脏血脂代谢基因ACAT1、DGAT2、FAS、SREBP的相对表达量具有明显的降低(P<0.01),基因LCAT、UCP2、MCD、CPT-1的相对表达量具有明显的升高(P<0.01)。同时大鼠肝脏内超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性及抗氧化基因SOD1、GPX1、CAT、GCLM的相对表达量具有明显的升高(P<0.01),而丙二醛的含量具有明显的降低(P<0.01)。
Abstract:The effects of camellia polyphenols on reducing blood lipid and antioxidant activity in rats fed with high-fat diet were studied.The experiment was divided into basic diet group,high fat diet group,high fat diet+atorvastatin 10 mL/kg BW treatment group,high fat diet+camellia polyphenols 2.5,7.5,15 mL/kg BW treatment group.The results showed that atorvastatin and camellia polyphenols had a strong effects on reducing blood lipid and antioxidant.But in general,the effect of 15 mL/kg BW camellia polyphenols was better.After treatment with 15 mL/kg BW camellia polyphenols or atorvastatin,the weight and liver-body ratio of rats fed with high-fat diet had a certain extent decreased.The contents of total cholesterol cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),and the activities of alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)were greatly reduced.The content of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)had a certain degree of improvement.There were significant differences(P<0.01).The relative expression of ACAT1,DGAT2,FAS and SREBP genes in the liver of the treated rats were reduced significantly(P<0.01),while the relative expression of LCAT,UCP2,MCD and CPT-1 genes were increased significantly(P<0.01).At the same time,the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)and the relative expression of antioxidant genes SOD1,GPX1,CAT and GCLM were significantly increased(P<0.01),while the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)was significantly decreased(P<0.01).
