中文摘要: 红藜和荞麦都是使用历史悠久且高营养价值的药食同源植物,具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗糖化等功效。在体外培养糖化损伤细胞模型中,红藜-荞麦提取物可增加糖化损伤后细胞中胶原蛋白的含量,并可有效清除氧自由基。以红藜-荞麦提取物作为主要功效原料的果味饮品,经受试者饮用6周后,面部皮肤水分含量、皮肤光泽度、皮肤颜色L*值及b*值以及眼角皱纹深度均有明显改善。综合以上数据发现,作为一款具有改善皮肤的美容功效饮品,其主要功效原料和饮品均有较优的抗氧化、抗糖化等效果,且人体试验中未出现任何不良反应。
Abstract:Both Chenopodium formosanum and Fagopyrum esculentum Moench.are medicinal and edible homologous plants with a long history and high nutritional value,which have the effects of anti-oxidation,antiinflammation,anti-glycation and so on.In the glycation injury cell model cultured in vitro,the extract of Chenopodium formosanum and Fagopyrum esculentum Moench.could increase the content of collagen and scavenge oxygen free radicals effectively.After 6 weeks of drinking the fruit-flavored drink with Chenopodium formosanum and Fagopyrum esculentum Moench.extracts as the main functional raw material.It was found that the facial skin moisture content,skin gloss,skin color L*value and b*value,as well as the depth of wrinkles in the canthus,were significantly improved.Based on the above data,it was found that,as a beauty-efficient drink with skin improvement,its main efficacy raw materials and drinks have better antioxidant,anti-glycation and other effects,and there were no adverse reactions in human trials.
