菊粉对小鼠抗疲劳作用及对肠道微生物的影响

中文摘要: 研究不同剂量的菊粉对小鼠抗疲劳效果的影响及对肠道菌群的影响。经给小鼠饲料添加不同剂量(0%、5%、10%和20%)的菊粉,喂养120 d后,测定小鼠的体重、负重游泳时间,血清测试磷酸肌酸激酶(creatine kinase,CK)活性,血乳酸(blood lactic acid,BLA)和血尿氮素(blood urea nitrogen,BUN)的含量及小鼠粪便菌群结构。结果显示,相较于空白对照组,处理组小鼠负重游泳时间显著(p<0.05)延长,并且中剂量组的增长幅度大于其他处理组;随着剂量的增加,CK活性,BLA和BUN含量呈现相似的下降趋势,并且中、高剂量处理组均与空白组达显著性差异(p<0.05);伴随着菊粉剂量的增加,肠道中双歧杆菌含量呈现增长趋势,但是高剂量处理下出现了潜在致病菌大量增殖的现象。综上,不同剂量菊粉均能延长负重游泳时间、抑制剧烈运动导致的CK活性、BLA和BUN含量的上升,显示出良好的抗疲劳作用;另外,菊粉对肠道菌群多样性有一定的改善效果,其中中剂量(10%添加量)菊粉是应用于小鼠抗疲劳作用及肠道微生物菌群改善的最佳剂量。
Abstract:The effects of different doses of inulin on the anti-fatigue effect of mice and the effects on intestinal flora were studied.After adding different doses(0%,5%,10% and 20%)of inulin to the mice's feed and 120 days of feeding,the weight and swimming time of the mice were measured,and the serum was tested for creatine kinase(CK)activity,blood lactic acid(BLA)and blood urea nitrogen(BUN)content and mouse fecal flora structure.Results showed that,compared with the blank control group,the mice in the treatment group prolonged the weight-bearing swimming time(p<0.05),and the increase in the middle-dose group was greater than that in the other treatment groups;with the increase of the dose,the CK activity,BLA and BUN content showed A similar downward trend,and the medium and high dose treatment groups were significantly different from the blank group (p<0.05);with the increase of inulin dose,the content of bifidobacteria in the intestine showed an increasing trend,but appeared under high dose treatment a large number of potential pathogenic bacteria multiply.In conclusion,inulin increased the duration of weight-bearing swimming.Meanwhile,the increase of CK activity,BLA and BUN contents caused by strenuous exercise were inhibited.Inulin showing a good anti-fatigue effect.In addition,inulin had an improved effect on the diversity of intestinal flora,among which 10% inulin was the best dose for anti-fatigue effect and improvement of intestinal microbial flora in mice.
