中文摘要: 以光损伤小鼠为模型,分别用280、370、460 mg/kg剂量的枸杞子提取物对模型小鼠进行干预,探讨枸杞子提取物对光损伤小鼠晶状体及肝脏抗氧化能力的影响。对小鼠连续干预8周后光照,进行晶状体及肝脏抗氧化能力检测。结果显示,通过比较晶状体中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (glutathione peroxidase,GSH-Px)和总抗氧化能力(total antioxidant capacity,T-AOC)指标发现,药物干预组GSH-PX与T-AOC活力明显高于模型组,枸杞子提取物低、中、高剂量组与模型组比较均具有统计学差异(P<0.05),其抗氧化效果随着枸杞子提取物剂量的升高而升高。从肝脏抗氧化指标结果上看,枸杞子高剂量组的抗氧化效果优于低剂量组,与模型组比较,枸杞子提取物低、中和高剂量组均具有统计学差异(P<0.05),呈剂量依赖性。
Abstract:Light-damaged mice were taken to as model in this paper,conducted the research with the extracts whose concentrations respectively are 280,370,460 mg/kg,the influences of Fructus lycii on the eyeball and liver of the light-damaged mice was discussed.After the light-damaged mice were constantly administered for 8 weeks with the extracts,the antioxidant capacity of lens and liver was tested.The results showed that the activity of GSH-Px and T-AOC of the lens was significantly higher in drug intervention groups than model group,and the extracts of Fructus lycii in the low,medium and high dose groups were significantly different from model group(P<0.05).The antioxidant effect of Fructus lycii extract was increased with the increased concentration of Fructus lycii extract.As could be seen from the results of liver anti-oxidation indexes,the anti-oxidation effect was increased.Compared with the model group,there were statistically significant differences between the low and high dose groups of Fructus lycii extract(P<0.05),showed dose-dependence,suggested that Fructus lycii extract had the effect of relieving visual fatigue.
