广西不同产地粉葛、野葛的多糖和异黄酮含量比较

中文摘要: 为比较广西不同产地所产粉葛、野葛原料的品质,对其所含水分、多糖、总异黄酮、葛根素和大豆苷的含量进行测定并比较。使用烘干法测定各产地粉葛、野葛的水分,用紫外分光光度法测定多糖和总异黄酮含量,使用高效液相色谱法测定葛根素和大豆苷的含量。结果显示,广西各个产地的粉葛、野葛的水分含量均低于14%,符合《中国药典》2015年版的规定,其中产于广西桂林的粉葛水分含量最低,为7.13%;产于玉林市的野葛多糖和总异黄酮含量最高,分别为1.106 0、5.163 0 g/100 g;产于玉林市的野葛葛根素和大豆苷含量较高,分别为41.767 5、5.788 4 mg/g。产于广西的粉葛异黄酮成分含量远低于野葛,综合考察水分含量、多糖和总异黄酮含量,发现产于广西玉林市的野葛品质最佳。

Abstract:In order to compare the quality of Pueraria thomsonii Benth.and Pueraria lobata(Willd.)Ohwi from different origins of Guangxi,the contents of moisture,total polysaccharides,and total isoflavones,puerarin and daidzein had been measured and compared by oven drying method,UV spectrophotometer,high performance liquid chromatography,respectively.The results showed that the contents of moisture of Pueraria thomsonii and Pueraria lobata from different origins of Guangxi were lower than 14%,the results were in line with the requirement of Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2015 version.The moisture content of Pueraria thomsonii from Guilin was 7.13% as the lowest;the contents of total polysaccharides and total isoflavones of Pueraria lobata from Yulin were the highest,which were 1.106 0 g/100 g and 5.163 0 g/100 g respectively;the contents of puerarin and daidzein of Pueraria lobata from Yulin were 41.767 5 mg/g and 5.788 4 mg/g at a higher level.The content of isoflavones in Pueraria thomsonii from Guangxi was lower than that of Pueraria lobata.The quality of Pueraria lobata from Yulin was the best after comprehensive examination of the contents of moisture,polysaccharides and total isoflavones.
