中文摘要: 采用测定L-多巴被酪氨酸酶催化氧化速率的方法,研究番石榴叶粉乙醇提取液对酪氨酸酶活性的抑制作用。研究表明,由番石榴叶水提物抑制酪氨酸酶的Lineweaver-Burk双倒数直线图可知,番石榴叶水提物对酪氨酸酶的抑制作用类型为可逆、混合型。

Abstract:The inhibitory effect of ethanol extract of guava leaf powder on tyrosinase activity in vitro was studied by measuring the oxidation rate of L-dopa catalyzed by tyrosinase.The results analyzed by Lineweaver-Burk method showed that the inhibitory effect of the extract of guava leaf powder on tyrosinase was a reversible and mixed inhibitor.
