中文摘要: 实时直接分析技术(direct analysis in real time,DART)是一种新型的原位电离技术,它无需或只需简单的样品处理便能在大气压下对不同类型的样品进行分析,因其具有快速、原位、实时等优点,近年来在食品领域得到了广泛地应用。该文结合DART的构造原理及其近十年来在食品质量(黄酮类、酚类及其他)与食品安全(食品霉菌毒素类物质、食品非法添加物质、食品有害物质及其他)检测中的应用进行综述,并对其未来的发展方向进行展望。
Abstract:As a novel in-situ ionization technology,direct analysis in real time (DART)technology can be used to analyze different types of samples at atmospheric pressure without or with simple sample processing.Due to the advantages such as analysis fast,real-time and in situ analysis,DART has been widely used in food industry in recent years.In this review,the structure and mechanism of DART,and its application of food quality (flavonoids,phenols and others) and food safety (food mycotoxins,illegal additives,harmful substances and others) detection were briefly summarized during the past decade,and the development tendency towards DART was prospected.
