中文摘要: 可溶性大豆多糖是一种存在于大豆中的酸性多糖,具有抗氧化、抑菌和抗肿瘤等生物活性,被广泛应用于食品、医药等领域。该文对大豆多糖的提取、分离纯化、结构解析以及目前的应用研究进展进行概括与分析,以期为后续大豆多糖结构分析及实际应用提供参考。
Abstract:Soluble soybean polysaccharides are acidic polysaccharides found in soybeans which has antioxidation,anti-bacterial and anti-tumor biological activities,and is used in food and medicine.A simple general comparison was made of the extraction,separation and purification,structural analysis and application of soybean polysaccharide,in order to provide references for the subsequent analysis and practical application of soybean polysaccharide structure.
