中文摘要: 随着放射性技术及核技术在医疗、工业及军事等领域的广泛应用,放射性污染和辐射损伤已成为危害人类生存环境和人体健康不可忽视的因素,与此对应,各种辐射防护剂的研究受到重视。然而抗辐射的化学药物往往具有研发成本高、有效剂量时毒副作用等问题。因此,源于天然活性物质的辐射防护剂的研发与应用具有更加广阔的前景。该文以国内外相关报道为基础,对多种天然辐射防护剂的研究进展进行综述,为进一步研究开发新型天然辐射防护剂提供参考。
Abstract:With the wide application of radioactive technology and nuclear technology in medical,industrial and military fields,radioactive pollution and radiation damage have become factors that endanger human living environment and human health,which cannot be ignored.Corresponding to this,the research of various radiation protective agents has received attention.However,anti-radiation chemical drugs usually have problems such as high research and development costs,and toxic side effects at effective doses.Therefore,the development and application of radioprotectants derived from natural active substances have broader prospects.Based on relevant reports at home and abroad,this paper reviews the research progress of various natural radioprotectants and provides reference for further research as well as development of new natural radioprotectants.
