中文摘要: 胶原蛋白是一种生物高分子,是哺乳动物体内含量最高、分布最广的一种功能性蛋白质。近年来由于陆生哺乳动物来源的胶原蛋白存在种种限制,水产动物来源的胶原蛋白逐渐成为良好的胶原蛋白替代产品。水产源胶原蛋白具有多种生理功能,其对光老化皮肤的改善作用受到国内外众多学者的关注。该文介绍水产源胶原蛋白的提取方法及其对光老化皮肤的改善作用,以期为进一步研究胶原蛋白开发利用提供坚实的理论基础。
Abstract:Collagen is a kind of biological macromolecule,and it is the most abundant and widely distributed functional protein in mammals.In the recent years,due to various limitations of terrestrial mammals,the isolated collagen from aquatic has gradually served as an alternative source of collagens.The aquatic collagen has many physiological functions;especially its improvements on photoaging skins attract many attentions by researchers from home and abroad.The current knowledge of collagen was briefly introduced in this paper,including the extraction methods of collagen and the improvements of aquatic collagen on photoaging skin.The objective was to help to provide a solid theoretical basis for further research on the development and utilization of collagen.
