中文摘要: 为建立云南不同产地红花药材挥发性成分的气相指纹图谱的研究方法,采用气相色谱法,建立25 批滇产红花挥发性成分的气相指纹图谱,并对其相似度进行评价。建立的红花气相指纹图谱方法稳定可靠,重复性好,可为红花样品的质量评价提供依据。
Abstract:To establish a gas-phase fingerprint method for the volatile components of safflower from different areas in Yunnan,and to provide a reference for the quality control of safflower.The gas-phase fingerprints of volatile components of 25 batches of safflower produced in Yunnan were established and their similarity was evaluated.The established gas-phase fingerprint method of safflower was stable,reliable and reproducible,which could provide the basis for the quality evaluation of safflower samples.
