中文摘要: 研究枸杞多糖缓解长期过量运动小鼠体力疲劳的作用及其机制。将60 只雄性昆明小鼠随机分成5 组:空白对照组、模型组及枸杞多糖低、中、高剂量组(75、150、300 mg/kg),每组12 只。通过小鼠游泳实验建立小鼠疲劳模型,测定小鼠血清中尿素氮(blood urea nitrogen,BUN)、肌酐(creatinine,CREA)、乳酸(lactic acid,LA)含量以及乳酸脱氢酶(lactate dehydrogenase,LDH)活性、肝糖原(hepatic glycogen,HG)和肌糖原(muscle glycogen,MG)含量,测定肝组织中超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)活性和丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)含量。在枸杞多糖干预下,与模型组相比,各剂量组血清BUN 和CREA 浓度降低,LD 含量下降,LDH 活性升高,肝组织中MDA 浓度降低,SOD 活性升高。结果表明枸杞多糖具有一定的缓解体力疲劳、增强小鼠运动能力的作用。

Abstract:To investigate the relieving physical fatigue of Lycium barbarum polysaccharide (LBP)in mice.60 male mice were randomly divided into five groups,normal control group,model group and LBP different concentrations (75,150,300 mg/kg)groups.The fatigue model was induced by swimming experiment.The blood urea nitrogen(BUN),creatinine (CREA),lactic acid(LA)and lactic dehydrogenase (LDH)were measured.Hepatic glycogen (HG),muscle glycogen (MG),superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA)were determined.Compared with the model group,the concentrations of BUN and CREA in serum decreased in dose groups,LD content decreased and LDH activity increased,MDA concentration decreased and SOD activity increased in liver tissue.Lycium barbarum polysaccharide had effect on relieving physical fatigue.
