中文摘要: 以万寿菊花为原料,首先采用二阶速率模型评价不同料液比经热回流提取(hot reflux extraction,HRE)、超声波辅助提取(ultrasound-assisted extraction,UAE)和微波辅助提取(microwave-assisted extraction,MAE)万寿菊花中总多酚的提取动力学。其次在最佳料液比下,探究3 种提取方式对万寿菊花中总花色苷以及提取物总抗氧化活性的动力学。结果表明:在3 种提取方式下,获得的万寿菊花总多酚、总花色苷和总抗氧化活性的试验值和模拟值拟合较好,回归系数(R2)均高于 0.90,残差平方和均低于 0.25。在 HRE、UAE 和 MAE 方式下获得的最佳料液比分别为 1 ∶20、1 ∶50、1 ∶30(g/mL)。采用UAE 获得的总多酚、总花色苷以及抗氧化活性均高于HRE 和MAE。
Abstract:Using marigold as raw material,firstly the second order rate model was applied to estimate the extraction kinetics of hot reflux extraction (HRE),ultrasound-assisted extraction (UAE)and microwaveassisted extraction (MAE)of total polyphenols from marigold flowers at different solid-to-liquid ratios.Secondly the kinetics of total anthocyanins and total antioxidant activity of extracts from marigold flowers were investigated at the optimum solid-to-liquid ratio under 3 extraction methods.The results showed that the experimental values and simulated values of total polyphenols,anthocyanins and total antioxidant activities of marigold flowers were well fitted under 3 extraction methods.These regression coefficient(R2)were higher than 0.90,and sum squared residual was lower than 0.25.The optimum solid-to-liquid ratio obtained in HRE,UAE and MAE were 1 ∶20,1 ∶50,1 ∶30(g/mL),respectively.The total polyphenols,total anthocyanin content and antioxidant activity obtained by UAE were higher than those of HRE and MAE.
