中文摘要: 测定不同浓度盐酸和硝酸介质中钠和镉在DOWEX 1-X8 型阴离子树脂上的分配系数Kd,确定从大量钠中分离出镉的最佳条件,分析镉和钠的柱行为并绘制淋洗曲线,测定DOWEX 1-X8 型阴离子树脂对镉的吸附容量。使用自制小型离子交换柱,建立DOWEX 1-X8 型阴离子树脂分离-石墨炉原子吸收法测定盐渍肠衣中镉的分析方法,成功将镉与氯化钠基体分离,消除了基体干扰。该方法回收率为92%~105%,相对标准偏差为3.0%~4.1%。

Abstract:Distribution coefficients of sodium and cadmium on the anion resin DOWEX 1-X8 were detected in different concentration of hydrochloric acid and nitric acid medium.The ebest condition of separating cadmium from a large amount of sodium was determined.Elution curve for Na and Cd was drawn.Adsorption capacity of the anion resin DOWEX 1-X8 for cadmium was investigated.Separation method using the anion resin DOWEX 1-X8 and GFAAS determination of cadmium in salted casing was eatablished.By separating cadmium from sodium chloride,this method could solve the problem of matrix interference effect in salted casing.Recovery of the method was between 92%and 105%.Relative standard deviation was between 3.0%and 4.1%.
