中文摘要: 为了便于快速、准确检测胡麻油的纯度,是否掺假等问题,建立一种应用于企业的快速检测胡麻油掺假的方法。试验收集8 份不同企业生产的胡麻油及1 份菜籽油,将胡麻油与菜籽油按照不同体积比例混合,充分振荡摇匀,利用阿贝折光仪测定20 ℃下各混合油的折光率,并建立掺假模型。结果表明:胡麻油与菜籽油体积掺比为40 ∶1 和50 ∶1 时,折光率变化不显著,其它掺比后的折光率均显著下降(P<0.05);建立掺假模型,其方程为:Y=-0.007 1X+1.477 7,R2 为0.994 3,当掺入的菜籽油体积分数高于3.23%时,即可检测其是否掺假。
Abstract:In order to detect the purity and adulteration of linseed oil quickly and accurately,eight flaxseed oils and one rapeseed oil produced by different enterprises were collected in this experiment.The flaxseed oil and rapeseed oil were mixed in different volume proportions and fully shaken.The refractive index of each oil mixture was measured by Abbe refractometer at 20 ℃.The adulteration model was established.The results showed that the refractive index of flaxseed oil and rapeseed oil decreased significantly (P<0.05)except the volume ratio of 40 ∶1 and 50 ∶1.The equation of adulteration model was Y=-0.007 1X+1.477 7 and R2 was 0.994 3.When the volume fraction of rapeseed oil in linseed oil was higher than 3.23%,the adulteration could be detected.
