中文摘要: 以鸡肉为试验对象,运用表面增强拉曼光谱(surface-enhanced Raman scattering,SERS)技术对鸡肉中丙酸睾酮(testosterone propionate,PTS)残留的检测条件(金胶加入量、含PTS 的鸡肉提取液加入量、硫酸镁溶液加入量以及反应时间)进行优化分析。结果表明,以纳米金胶作为拉曼增强基底,对鸡肉中PTS 进行拉曼光谱分析,在400 cm-1~1 800 cm-1 拉曼光谱范围内,839 cm-1 和1 092 cm-1 被确定为其特征峰,并在其特征峰处采取单因素试验法得出最优检测条件:金胶加入量、含PTS 的鸡肉提取液加入量、硫酸镁溶液加入量和反应时间分别为500、3、30 μL 和1 min。检测条件优化结果为今后快速检测出鸡肉中PTS 残留提供数据基础,也进一步发展SERS 技术在食品中药物残留的检测方向。
Abstract:Chicken was selected as the experimental object in this study,and surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy(SERS)was used to optimize the detection conditions of testosterone propionate(PTS)residues in chicken(Au nanoparticles amount,chicken extract containing PTS amount,magnesium sulfate solution amount and reaction time).Raman spectra for PTS in chicken were analyzed using Au nanoparticles as Ramanenhanced substrate.839 cm-1 and 1 092 cm-1 were decided as the characteristic peaks of PTS in chicken at between 400 cm-1 and 1 800 cm-1.Optimum detection conditions were obtained by single factor experimental method at the characteristic peaks:Au nanoparticles,chicken extract containing PTS amount,magnesium sulfate solution amount and the reaction time were 500 μL,3 μL,30 μL and 1 min,respectively.In the future,the optimization results of detection conditions could provide a data basis for the rapid detection of PTS residues in chicken,and also SERS technology was developed further in the detection direction of medicine residues in food.
