中文摘要: 通过高效液相色谱法测定,不同秋果型树莓中槲皮素和山奈酚的含量。高效液相色谱法的测定条件:色谱柱为安捷伦18 反相色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),甲醇-1 %乙酸溶液为流动相,流速为1.000 mL/min,测定波长254 nm,进样量 10 μL。结果表明:槲皮素和山奈酚分别在 0.11 μg/mL~11 μg/mL(R2=0.999 8);0.11 μg/mL~27.5 μg/mL(R2=0.999 7)呈良好的线性关系;加样回收率分别为为0.76%、0.91%。

Abstract:To establish a method for simultaneous determination of quercetin and kaempferol in raspberry by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The chromatographic column was Agilent 18 reversed phase chromatographic column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase was methanol-1%acetic acid ,and the flow rate was 1.000 mL/min ,the detection wavelength was 254 nm and the sample volume was10 μL. The result was showed that quercetin and kaempferol had a good linearity in the range of 0.11 μg/mL-11 μg/mL(R2=0.999 8)and 0.11 μg/mL-27.5 μg/mL(R2=0.999 7),respectively.Relative standard deviation(RSD)of reproducility of quercetin and kaempferol were 0.76%,0.91%,respectively.
