Abstract:In this paper，the purification effect of solid phase extraction（SPE）and QuEChERS determination of alternaria toxins in tomato was compared by the recovery rate.The results showed that the recovery rate of solid phase extraction purification method（21%-69%）was lower than the QuEChERS method（81%-115%）.The QuEChERS method was more easier and faster than the solid phase extraction purification method. The QuEChERS method was more suitable for the determination of alternaria toxins in tomato.
