中文摘要: 以3 个不同地区野生蛤蒌叶为试材,采用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry,ICP-AES)对湛江市廉江、遂溪、赤坎 3 个不同地区野生蛤蒌叶中 Ca、Mg、Zn、Mn、Cr、Fe、Ni、Cu、Cd、Pb 和 As 等 11 种元素含量进行测定。结果表明,所测样品中含有丰富的矿质元素,尤其是 Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Zn 的含量较高,平均含量的大小顺序为 Ca>Mg>Fe>Mn>Zn>Cu >Ni>Cr>Pb>As>Cd。相关性分析显示,3 个不同地区野生蛤蒌叶中矿质元素含量具有显著差异(P<0.05),其中赤坎地区的 Fe、Ni、Cu、Cr、Ca、Pb 和 As 等 6 种元素的含量均比其它两个地区的高,廉江地区Mn 的含量最高,遂溪地区Zn 的含量最高,这可能与生长的土壤和环境有关。总体表现出赤坎地区蛤蒌叶多种矿质元素的含量较高,具有一定开发和利用优势。

Abstract:The leaves of Piper sarmentosum Roxb from three different regions were used as test materials.Eleven elements,including Ca,Mg,Zn,Mn,Cr,Fe,Ni,Cu,Cd ,Pb and As in three different Piper sarmentosum Roxb areas of Lianjiang,Suixi and Chikan in Zhanjiang City ,Were determined and analysed by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES)method. The results showed that the samples were rich in mineral elements,especially the content of Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn and Zn,and the content of Ca was the highest.The order of the average content of mineral elements was Ca>Mg>Fe>Mn>Zn>Cu >Ni>Cr>Pb>As>Cd. Correlation analysis showed that the contents of 11 mineral elements in wild Piper sarmentosum from Zhanjiang City were significantly different(P < 0.05).The contents of six elements such as Fe,Ni,Cu,Cr,Ca,Pb and As in Chikan area were higher than those in the other two areas. The content of Mn was the highest in Lianjiang area. The content of Zn was the highest in Suixi area. This may be related to the growing soil environment. The active ingredients of wild Piper sarmentosum Roxb in Chikan area are higher,showing certain advantages of development and utilization.
