中文摘要: 采用硅胶、聚酰胺、凝胶色谱等方法对甘蔗(Saccharum sinense Roxb.)叶中黄酮类成分进行分离纯化;通过核磁共振波谱法(nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy,NMR)、质谱(mass spectrum,MS)鉴定所得化合物为苜蓿素;建立苜蓿素的含量测定方法,测定不同批次甘蔗叶中苜蓿素的含量,其中,新台糖22 号含量最大为0.152 5 mg/g,桂糖26 号含量最小为0.080 46 mg/g,结果显示不同批次甘蔗叶中苜蓿素的含量存在差异。
Abstract:Flavonoids from the leaves of Saccharum sinensis Roxb. were isolated and purified by silica gel adsorption chromatography and polyamide column chromatography.The structure of compound was identificated by nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(NMR)and mass spectrum(MS).The determination of tricin was established and the content for tricin was determined in different batches of the leaves Saccharum sinensis Roxb..The maximum content of Xin Taitang 22 was 0.152 5 mg/g,and the minimum content of Guitang 26 was 0.080 46 mg/g among them. The results showed that the content for tricin among different batches of the leaves Saccharum sinensis Roxb.was different.
