中文摘要: 以铁皮石斛、灵芝为主要原料,研制具有增强免疫力作用的保健酒。先采用提取、浸泡、配制等工艺制备铁皮石斛灵芝酒,再将ICR 小鼠随机分为对照组和铁皮石斛灵芝酒低、中、高剂量组(8.33、16.67、50.00 mL/kg),连续灌胃30 d 后通过脏器指数测定、二硝基氯苯诱导小鼠耳肿胀实验、碳廓清实验、脾淋巴细胞体外增殖实验及自然杀伤细胞(naturalkiucell,NK)细胞活性测定等方法评价铁皮石斛灵芝酒的免疫调节活性。结果显示铁皮石斛灵芝酒能提高小鼠胸腺指数;降低小鼠耳肿胀度;增加小鼠吞噬指数;促进淋巴细胞增殖;增加NK 细胞活性。铁皮石斛灵芝酒具有增强免疫力的作用。
Abstract:Wine with enhancing immunity were developed with the use of Dendrobium officinale and Ganoderma Lucidum as main raw materials.Dendrobium officinale Ganoderma Lucidum wine preparation by extraction,soaked and compounded,and then studied the effects of the wine on the immune function in mice.ICR mice were divided into four groups,included three dosage groups (8.33、16.67、50.00 mL/kg)and one negative control group,all doses were given by gavage for 30 days.The organ index,the mouse ear swelling test,carbon clearance index,splenic lymphocyte proliferation test and activity of natural-killer cells(NK)were measured espectively.Dendrobium officinale Ganoderma lucidum wine could increase the thymus index,decrease ear swelling,Increase the phagocytosis index,stimulate the lymphocyte proliferation,increase activity of NK cells.Dendrobium officinale Ganoderma lucidum wine could enhance the immune function in mice.
