中文摘要: 以玉米淀粉乳为原料,磷酸盐复配剂为酯化剂,采用半干法生产磷酸酯玉米淀粉,考察不同浓度淀粉乳、磷酸盐复配剂加入方式、脱水干燥水分、反应温度、反应时间对磷酸酯玉米淀粉的取代度、应用黏度的影响,结果表明:淀粉乳浓度为42%、磷酸盐复配剂直接加入淀粉乳中、脱水干燥水分为17%的情况下,反应温度140 ℃,反应时间100 min,可制得取代度为0.055 3、应用黏度为620 cp 的磷酸酯玉米淀粉。
Abstract:The key technology of producing phosphate corn starch by semi-dry method was introduced in this paper.By certain conditions,different concentration of starch and phosphate compound dispensing addition type,dehydration drying moisture content,reaction temperature and reaction time on the substitution degree of corn starch phosphate ester,the influence of the application of viscosity,the results showed that the starch milk concentration was 42 %,the starch phosphate compound dispensing added directly in the milk,dehydration drying moisture content 17 % of the cases,reaction temperature 140 ℃ ,the reaction time of 100 min,substitution degree can reach 0.055 3%can be obtained from the high degree of substitution,using viscosity of 620 cp phosphate corn starch.
