中文摘要: 建立山茱萸药材中无机元素的电感耦合等离子体质谱(inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,ICP-MS)分析方法,并对不同产地山茱萸药材中无机元素进行分析比较。用微波消解法对样品进行消解处理,采用ICP-MS法测定不同产地山茱萸药材中22种无机元素的含量,并用SPSS20.0对其含量进行方差分析。结果显示,山茱萸药材中K、Ca、Mg、P、Na、Fe、Al、Zn、Cr、Mn、Ba、Sr等元素含量丰富,其中,浙江省临安县样品 Na、Mg、Ca、Zn、Ba元素含量最高,陕西佛坪K、Al元素含量最高,河南南召Fe元素含量最高,河南西峡Sr元素含量最高;As、Cu、Cd、Hg、Pb等重金属均符合限量标准;方差分析表明陕西省佛坪产地山茱萸样品中大多数元素与浙江临安产地样品有显著性差异,而与河南省各产地样品中大部分无机元素均无显著性差异,并且河南省西峡、栾川、南召各产地中无机元素基本无显著性差异。
Abstract:Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS)analysis method was established for the determination of inorganic elements in Cornus officinalis and the inorganic elements in Cornus officinalis from different producing areas were analyzed and compared.The samples were digested by microwave digestion.The contents of 22 inorganic elements in Cornus officinalis from different producing areas were determined by ICPMS.The data of variance analysis were analyzed with the SPSS20.0 software.The results showed that the contents of K,Ca,Mg,P,Na,Fe,Al,Zn,Cr,Mn,Ba,Sr and other elements in Cornus officinalis were rich.Among them,the contents of Na,Mg,Ca,Zn and Ba in Linan of Zhejiang were the highest,the contents of K and Al in Foping of Shaanxi were the highest,the content of Fe in Henan Nanzhao was the highest and the content of Sr in Henan Xixia was the highest.The heavy metal elements As,Cu,Cd,Hg,Pb met the limit standards.The variance analysis showed that most of the inorganic elements in the Cornus officinalis from Foping Prefecture of Shaanxi Province were significantly different from those in Zhejiang Linan,but there was no significant difference with most inorganic elements in the samples from Henan Province.And there were nosignificant differences in inorganic elements in the producing areas of Xixia,Luanchuan and Nanzhao in Henan Province.
