中文摘要: 以齐墩果酸为对照品,用5%香草醛-冰乙酸溶液、高氯酸显色,在540 nm波长处测定样品吸光度。建立紫外分光光度法测定灵芝孢子油中总三萜含量。齐墩果酸在0.018 mg~0.11 mg范围内线性良好,线性方程为Y=8.424 5x+0.042 2,R2=0.999 4,回收率为97.4%~101.8%,重复性试验相对标准偏差(relative standard deviation,RSD)为 1.5%,精密度试验RSD为2.3%。
Abstract:The sample absorbency was measured at 540 nm wave strength using 5%vanlow-glacial acetic acid solution and perchloric acid.A ultravioletradiation spectrophotometry method was established for the determination of total triterpenes in Ganoderma lucidum spore oil.Oleanolic acid has good linearity in the range of 0.018 mg-0.11 mg.The linear equationwas Y=8.415 8x+0.041 8,R2=0.999 5.The recovery rate was 97.4%-101.8%and the repeatability test was relative to the standard deviation(RSD).The variance was 1.5%.The precision test RSD was 2.3%.
