中文摘要: 通过优化消解试剂、消解条件、基体改进剂、灰化和原子化温度试验条件,建立完整的石墨炉原子吸收光谱测定肇实果仁中铅含量的试验方法,测定结果表明铅在0~50 μg/L 浓度范围内与吸光度成良好的线性关系,线性方程y=0.002 41x,相关系数r=0.999 469,方法检出限为0.485 μg/L;经测定肇实干果仁中的铅含量为0.081 mg/kg,重复性试验相对标准偏差为3.43%(n=5),加标回收率为95.3%~97.1%。加标回收、重复性及质控样验证试验表明石墨炉原子吸收光谱测定肇实果仁中铅含量的方法准确、稳定、可靠。
Abstract:Through optimizing the experimental conditions of digestion reagent,digestion condition,matrix modifier,ashing and atomization temperature,a complete experimental method for determination of Pb in Zhaoshi nuts by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GFAAS)was established,the results indicated the concentration of Pb in the 0-50 μg /L range with a good linear relationship between absorbance,linear equation y=0.002 41x,the correlation coefficient r=0.999 469,the detection limit was 0.485 μg /L.The content of Pb in zhaoshi was 0.081 mg/kg,relative standard deviation of repeatability was 3.43 %(n = 5),recovery was 95.3 %- 7.1 %.Standard addition recovery,repeatability and quality control verification test showed that the method for determination of Pb content in Zhaoshi by GFAAS was accurate,stable and reliable.
