中文摘要: 通过高效液相色谱法(high performance liquid chromatography,HPLC)测定食品合成着色剂的条件的研究,得出高效液相色谱法同时测定9 种合成着色剂的最佳条件。试验发现,利用固相萃取柱快速检测食品中的合成色素,可同时测定9 种色素(新红、柠檬黄、苋菜红、靛蓝、胭脂红、日落黄、亮蓝、赤藓红、诱惑红),经过甲醇和0.02 mol/L 乙酸铵梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL/min 时,采用紫外检测器,波长254 nm 下进行检测。通过加标回收,计算回收率、相对标准偏差,各组分浓度与峰面积呈现良好的线性关系。通过对多种类型食品的实际检测,验证该方法可作为食品检测9 种合成色素的检测方法。
Abstract:It cloud get the best conditions for simultaneous determination of 9 synthetic colorants,by the research of high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)determining synthetic colorants.The experiment showed it cloud determinate 9 kinds of pigment (red,tartrazine,amaranth,indigo,carmine,sunset yellow,bright blue,erythrosine,temptation red),using solid phase extraction column rapid detection of synthetic pigment in food ,with methanol and 0.02 mol/L ammonium acetate gradient elution,and the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,with ultraviolet detector,detection under the wavelength of 254 nm.Through standard recovery,recovery rate and relative standard deviation,the concentration of each component had a good linear relationship with the peak area.Through the actual detection of various types of food,it verified that this method can be used as the detection method for 9 kinds of synthetic pigments in food detection.
