中文摘要: 铜绿假单胞菌超标是桶装饮用水中常见的不合格指标。为了解桶装饮用水中铜绿假单胞菌污染情况,对本地生产的82 批次桶装饮用水采用常规微生物检测方法检测铜绿假单胞菌,并对分离出的菌株进行核糖体分型。其中有18 批次样品检出铜绿假单胞菌,检出率为22.0%。对分离出的36 株分离株进行核糖体分型和基质辅助激光解析电离质谱(MALDI-TOF MS)分型分析,并对两种分析结果进行比较。两种分型都将分离株分为2 大群,分别包括16 和20个分离株,但每个群内的分离株不同。利用分型结果可以进行污染情况分析并建立数据库,从而为桶装水中铜绿假单胞菌的污染溯源提供数据支持。
Abstract:The counting of Pseudomonas aeruginosa(P.aeruginosa)in excess of the standard has become a common barreled drinking water failure indicator.To understand the pollution,Pseudomonas aeruginosa was detected in 82 baches barreled water by conventional microbiological test method.The ribotyping fingerprint of the isolates were analyzed.Pseudomonas aeruginosa was detected in 18 samples,and the detection ratio was 22.0%.Typing analysis of 36 isolates were done by ribotyping and matrix-assisted laser desorption/ ionization time of flight mass spectrometry(MALDI-TOF MS),and then the results were compared.The isolates were divided into two groups,including 16 and 20 isolates,but the isolates in each group were different.According to the results of typing analysis,contamination analysis could be performed and the database could be established.This will provide data support for the traceability of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in barreled water.
