中文摘要: 应用傅里叶变换近红外光谱仪无损快速获取金柚表皮的近红外光谱信息,根据TQ Analyst 9.0 软件的“Discriminant Analyst”(判别分析法)建立金柚品种定性识别模型,模型清晰地将样品分成了3 类:白柚、红柚和沙田柚。利用此模型检测了未参与建模的3 类金柚样品,正确识别率为100%。
Abstract:The near infrared spectroscopy(NIR) and chemometrics were used to study the variety differentiation and internal quality detection of golden pomelo in Meizhou.According to"Discriminant Analyst"of TQ Analyst 9.0 software,the qualitative identification model of golden pomelo variety was established.The model clearly divided the samples into three categories:white pomelo,red pomelo and shatian pumelo.The model was used to detect three types of pumelo samples which are not involved in modeling,and the result showed that the correct recognition rate of model was 100%.
