中文摘要: 研究长柄扁桃药材石油醚部位、乙酸乙酯部位、正丁醇部位和水部位提取物对高脂血症大鼠血脂水平的影响,筛选其降血脂有效部位。取Wistar 大鼠70只,分为正常对照组、高脂模型组、血脂康阳性药组、石油醚组、乙酸乙酯组、正丁醇组和水共7组。以高脂饲料喂养建立高脂血症大鼠模型,给予长柄扁桃4个提取部位干预5 周后,观测大鼠体重和血清中总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、甘油三酯(triglyceride,TG)、高密度脂蛋白(high density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(low density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C),丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)的含量以及谷丙转氨酶(alanine aminotransferase,ALT)、谷草转氨酶(aspartate aminotransferase,AST)和碱性磷酸酶(alkaline phosphatase,ALP)的活性,计算肝脏系数、动脉硬化指数(arteriosclerosis index,AI)、HDL-C/TC 和SOD/MDA 比值。研究表明长柄扁桃正丁醇部位能显著降低血清TC、TG、LDL-C 水平、MDA的含量、ALT、AST 和 ALP 水平、肝系数及 AI 值(p〈0.05),能显著提高 SOD 活性、SOD/MDA 和 HDL-C/TC 比值(p〉0.05);长柄扁桃石油醚部位、乙酸乙酯部位和水部位组血清TC、TG、LDL-C 含量、MDA 的含量、ALT 和AST 水平均有降低趋势,但无显著性差异(p〉0.05),SOD/MDA 和 HDL-C/TC 比值均有升高趋势,但无显著性差异(p〉0.05),其中长柄扁桃石油醚提取物能显著提高SOD 活性(p〈0.05)。结果表明正丁醇部位具有一定降血脂作用,对肝脏有一定的保护作用,长柄扁桃正丁醇部位为优选有效部位。
Abstract:The effects of Amygdalus pedunculata Pall petroleum ether,ethyl acetate,n-butanol and water extracts on serum lipid level of hyperlipidemia rats were studied,and the effective parts of lowering blood lipid were screened.70 Wistar rats were divided into 7 groups:normal control group,high-fat model group,xuezhikang positive drug group,petroleum ether group,ethyl acetate group,n-butanol group and water group.With high fat feed hyperlipidemia rat model was established,giving Amygdalus pedunculata Pall extract four parts intervention after five weeks,observing the rat body weight and serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high-density lipoprotein(HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein(LDL-C),superoxide dismutase(SOD)and model driven architecture(MDA)content and alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspertate aminotransferase(AST)and alkaline phosphatase(ALP)activity and liver coefficient calculation,arteriosclerosis index(AI),HDL-C/TC and ratio of SOD/MDA.The n-butanol position of Amygdalus pedunculata Pall significantly reduced serum TC,TG,LdL-C level,AI value,HDL-C/TC ratio,liver coefficient,MDA content,ALT,AST and ALP levels(p〈0.05),and significantly improve SOD activity and SOD/MDA ratio(p〈0.05).The part of n-butanol had a certain effect of lowering blood lipids and protecting liver.
