Abstract:Huqi mix extract was obtained by ultrasound-assisted water extraction and the immunocompromised mouse model was established by intraperitoneally injected with 80 mg/kg cyclophosphamide （CTX）.The immunocompromised mouse were applied Huqi mix extract at doses of 2 000，1 000，500 mg/kg.The phagocytic index of peritoneal macrophages，the thymus index and spleen index were calculated in each group.The tissue slice of thymus gland and splenic organ were observed.The expression of immune-related CCL2 gene was detected by real-time fluorescence quantification PCR（QRT-PCR）.The results showed that Huqi mix extract could increase the phagocytic index of mouse peritoneal macrophages.There was a significant difference between the high，middle dose groups of Huqi mix extract and the model group （p＜0.01）.The thymus index of thymus gland also increased.The thymus indexs of applied high and middle dose groups of Huqi mix extract were higher than that of the model group with significant difference （p＜0.05）.The spleen index of the model group was lower than that of all of other group，and with significant lower than the high dose group and the middle dose group （p＜0.05）.The tissue slices of thymus gland and splenic organs were observed.The results showed that Huqi mix extract has a repairing effect on immunocompromised mouse.The expression of CCL2 gene in the spleen of the experimental group was higher than that of model group.So，the Huqi mix extract could inhanced immune function in immunocompromised mouse.
