中文摘要: 多糖是一类重要的天然产物资源,广泛研究显示活性多糖具有多种生物活性,包括抗氧化、抗炎症、降血糖、降血脂等。国内外研究人员针对于活性多糖的抗氧化能力,尤其是体外抗氧化活性非常关注,发表了大量的研究结果。该综述初步总结近几年的活性多糖抗氧化研究结果,归纳活性多糖抗氧化研究的发展方向,为后续的相关研究提供一定的基础。

Abstract:Polysaccharides are an important source of natural products.Extensive research has shown that active polysaccharides hav e a variety of biological activities,including antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,hypoglycemic,hypolipidemic and so on.Researchers at home and abroad have paid great attention to the antioxidant capacity of active polysaccharides,especially in vitro,and published a large number of research results.The results of antioxidant research on active polysaccharides in recent years was summarized,and the development direction of antioxidant research on active polysaccharides was summarized,which provided a basis for subsequent related research.
