中文摘要: 风干牦牛肉样品基质复杂,采用传统的化学显色法或气相色谱法检测敌百虫残留物易产生假阳性结果,而采用液相色谱-串联质谱法测定需要较高配置,因此需要建立一种新的气相色谱质谱联用法测定敌百虫残留。试验确定风干牦牛肉的前处理方法、仪器进样口260℃、HP-5MS毛细管柱、脉冲不分流进样等最佳条件,建立风干牦牛肉中敌百虫残留的液液萃取-气相色谱质谱检测方法。该方法的回收率在85.3%~102.3%之间,RSD<5.1%,线性相关系数为0.999 9,检出限为0.02 mg/kg。
Abstract:Abstract:The components and structures of the jerked yak meat sample are very complicated.The traditional chemical method or gas chromatography often produce false positive results for the detection of trichlorfon residues for these kinds of samples,while the liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method needs sophisticated equipments.So a new method for the determination of trichlorfon residues based on gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was established.The pretreatment of yak jerky meat,the inlet temperature of the instrument 260℃,HP-5MS capillary column,pulse non-splitting injection and other optimum conditions were determined.Through some experiments,a new method of gas chromatographic-mass spectrometric (GC-MS)coupled with liquid-liquid extraction was worked out to determine the trichlorfon residues in jerky meat.The recovery rate of this method was 85.3%-102.3%,RSD<5.1%,linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 9,detection limit was 0.02 mg/kg.
