Abstract:Abstract：By measuring nutritional component of the Poecilobdella manillensis，to evaluate its nutritional value.The results showed that：The crude protein content in the Poecilobdella manillensis was 16.7%，the ash content was 1.33%，the crude fat content was 1.35%，and the moisture content in Poecilobdella manillensis was 80.55%.The total amount of 17 amino acids in the Poecilobdella manillensis freeze-dried powder was 66.09%，the content of essential amino acids was 24.37%while the content of nonessential amino acids was 41.72%，the content of medicinal amino acid（MAA）was 43.44%；essential amino acids/total amino acids was 36.87%，essential amino acids/nonessential amino acids was 58.41%，medicinal amino acid/total amino acids was 65.73%；The amino acid composition ratio in the Poecilobdella manillensis was balanced，the score of atio coefficient of amino acid （SRCAA）was good for the Poecilobdella manillensis，which was rich in medicinal amino acid （MAA）.The total amount of 18 kinds of fatty acids in the Poecilobdella manillensis freeze-dried powder was 27.86 mg/g，the essential fatty acids was 5.49 mg/g，the saturated fatty acid was 12.92 mg/g，the unsaturated fatty acid was 15.13 mg/g and its content over 50%of all，which have positive effect on cardiovascular and cerebrovascular health for people.The Poecilobdella manillensis freeze-dried powder contained many Mg，Ca，Fe，Zn and Cu，the content of these microelements were 12.044，2.357，1.015，1.362 mg/g and 0.026 mg/g，respectively.And the total amount of these 5 microelements in the Poecilobdella manillensis freeze-dried powder were 16.804 mg/g.All in all，the Poecilobdella manillensis owned good nutrition and health care value.
