中文摘要: 以毛冬青叶为原料,进行毛冬青叶总黄酮提取工艺及其抗氧化性活性的研究,建立以芦丁为标准品,分光光度法测定毛冬青叶总黄酮含量的分析方法。结果显示:以60%乙醇的水为提取溶剂,浓度为60%、料液比为1∶60(g/mL)、50℃水浴5 h条件下提取1次,毛冬青叶总黄酮提取率为15.08%。其总黄酮化合物对羟基自由基(·OH)和1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl radical,DPPH)自由基均有较强的清除效果,最大清除率分别为45.96%和83.33%。

Abstract:Extraction technology and antioxidant property of total flavonoids from leaves of Ilex pubescens was studied using Ilex pubescens as raw materials.The analytical method was established that total flavonoids content was determined by UV-spectrophotometric methods with rutin as standard.The results showed that the total flavonoids extraction rate reaches 15.08%under the optimized conditions of extraction at 50℃water bath for 5 hours with ethanol concentration of 60%as the solvent and the material/solvent ratio of 1∶60 (g/mL).The clearing capacity of polyphenols for hydroxyl radical (·OH)and 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH)radical were very significant by hydroxyl radical and DPPH radical scavenging test,were 45.96%and 83.33%respectively.
