响应面优化黄芪多糖的提取工艺

中文摘要: 采用黄芪为原料,应用超声波提取改进黄芪多糖的工艺参数。以黄芪多糖得率作为指标,通过单因素试验考察提取温度、提取时间、液料比和提取功率4个因素对黄芪多糖得率的影响,通过中心组合试验设计和响应面分析优化黄芪多糖的提取工艺。结果表明:最佳提取工艺参数为提取时间87 min,液料比22∶1(mL/g),提取功率600 W。在此条件下,多糖的得率为6.07%。

Abstract:This research used Aastragalus as an experimental material,ultrasonic extraction was used to improve extraction technology of Astragalus polysaccharides.Astragalus polysaccharides extraction rate as evaluation index,and some single factor experiment were studied,such as ultrasonic temperature,ultrasonic time,liquid-solid ratio and ultrasonic power on the effect of Astragalus polysaccharidess extraction rate.On basis of which center-united experimental design and response surface methodology were applied to optimize the extraction condition of Astragalus polysaccharides.Results showed that the optimal extraction parameters was ultrasonic time 87 min,liquid-solid ratio 22 ∶1(mL/g)and ultrasonic power 600 W.Under this condition,the extraction rate of polysaccharides was 6.07%.
