中文摘要: 评价小分子易溶青稞β-葡聚糖辅助降血糖功能。采用小鼠腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(streptozotocin,STZ)建立高血糖动物模型,以酶解前后不同分子量β-葡聚糖分别在水及15度基酒中溶解样品作为受试样品,灌胃30 d,测定空腹血糖值和糖耐量数据。结果显示,酶解前后青稞β-葡聚糖样品对正常小鼠空腹血糖无显著影响;以水为溶剂时,两样品对模型动物的空腹血糖和血糖曲线下面积降低均有显著性(p≤0.05),但剂量之间差异不显著;以15度基酒为溶剂时,两样品对模型动物空腹血糖和血糖曲线下面积无显著影响。根据《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》判定,酶解后小分子β-葡聚糖在水溶液中具有辅助降血糖功能,可作为一种新食品原料应用于功能饮料中。
Abstract:The hyperglycemic mice induced by streptozotocin (STZ)were used to evaluate the auxiliary hypoglycemic function of small soluble molecule β-glucan from hull-less barley.After irrigating stomach of hyperglycemic mice β-glucan (before and after enzymolysis)dissolved in water and 15 degrees of alcohol for 30 days.Blood glucose and glucose tolerance levels were determined.The results showed that the samples of βglucan(before and after enzymolysis)from hull-less barley had no significant difference between sample group and control group on an empty stomach.There were significant differences between the sample group(dissoved in water)and model group on the levels of blood glucose and glucose area under curve (p≤0.05)while the sample dissoved in 15 degrees of alcohol don't have this effect.There was no difference between dosages as well.According to“Technical specifications for inspection and evaluation of health food”,small soluble molecule βglucan had auxiliary hypoglycemic function on mice after 30 d feeding in a row,which could be used in functional drinks.
