中文摘要: 采用液体摇瓶培养法,通过单因素试验和正交试验,以菌丝体生物量为主要指标,对红平菇液体发酵培养基配方进行优化。结果表明:红平菇液体发酵最适宜的培养基配方为葡萄糖20 g/L,酵母粉15 g/L,KH2PO42 g/L,MgSO4·7H2O 0.5 g/L。进一步对正交试验结果进行验证表明该配方确实为较优配方。

Abstract:The liquid fermentation medium of Pleurotus djamor in submerged culture was studied according to the index of mycelium dry weight by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment.The result showed that the optimum fermentation medium for liquid spawn of Pleurotus djamor was glucose 20 g/L,yeast extract 15 g/L,KH2PO42 g/L,MgSO4·7H2O 0.5 g/L,and we verify it through experiment.
