中文摘要: 超临界流体萃取技术作为一种新型、绿色的提取工艺受到人们的广泛关注,相比传统提取工艺而言,具有更好的萃取能力和分离能力,且对环境不会造成污染等特点。主要介绍超临界流体萃取的基本原理、影响提取工艺的重要变量及如何进行优化,着重阐述超临界流体萃取技术在食品工业中的应用,如从植物、动物及农副产品中提取有效成分,旨在解决传统提取工艺中有机溶剂残留等问题,为试验中样品的制备、提取提供新的方法、中小型工业化生产提供新的技术手段,为开发新产品提供理论依据和技术支持。
Abstract:Supercritical fluid extraction(SFE)has receivedwidespread attention for new and green extraction techniques nowadays since it has demonstrated many advantages compared to traditional extraction processes.Aspects such as higher extraction yields,better fractionation capabilities and lower environmental impacts.This present paper reviewed fundamentals of SFE and the most important variables that can affect the extraction process and how to optimize them.And emphasized the application of supercritical fluid extraction in Food Industry such as extract the active component by SFE from plants,animal and food by-products.It was designed to solve complex problems,such as residual organic solvents in traditional extraction process.This article was provided as a tool for us to develop new process at lab and pilot scale,to discover new ways for sample preparation,provided theoretic reference and tech support for new products.
