Abstract:Recognized as food and medicinal plant traditionally，Angelica keiskei Koidzumi （A.keiskei），of which the main compounds with bioactive and pharmacological effects are chalcones.In this paper，the recent advancements on the extraction，isolation methods and anti-aging effects of chalcones（AC）from A.keiskei were reviewed，and the research priorities and directions were proposed，aiming to provide reference for the exploitation and utilization of AC from A.keiskei.
