中文摘要: 考察蝙蝠蛾拟青霉喷雾干燥的最佳工艺参数。通过单因素和正交试验,优选出最佳喷雾干燥工艺参数为:入口温度170℃,发酵液密度1.08 g/cm3,恒流泵转速55 r/min,雾化器转速20 000 r/min。此工艺下,获得的干燥菌粉的平均含水量为4.3%,平均复水率为5.8,品质最好。

Abstract:This paper studied the optimum parameters of spray drying on Paecilomyces hepiali.By single factor and orthogonal experiment,the inlet temperature was 170 ℃ ,the zymotic fluid density was 1.08 g/cm3,the constant flow pump speed was 55 r/min,the atomizer speed was 20 000 r/min.Under the conditions,the the average moisture content was 4.3%and the average recovery rate of water was 5.8 in the dry bacterial powder and the quality of the dry bacterial was better.
